What type of service do you offer?
We offer a weekly service to do your weekly household chores.
How soon can a cleaner start?
Normally within a week depending on your requirements and which day of the week you need the cleaner to come.
Who is responsible for providing the cleaning products and materials?You are responsible for supplying cleaning materials and equipment.
Will the cleaner come on the same day each week?
Yes, they will, but if you need to change your regular day you should speak to your cleaner to make sure they are available on that day.
How is the cleaner paid?
You, the client pay the cleaner the applicable rate in cash on the day they clean.
Does the same cleaner come every week?
As long as you are happy with the cleaner you will have the same every week. A replacement cleaner is only used if your regular cleaner is sick,
due to holidays, absences, varying cleaning frequencies & other commitments.
Do I have to be home when cleaners are cleaning?
It is an optional. You may give us a key or you can just meet the cleaner at the house and than you may come back when they finish for an inspection.The cleaners well vetted by our agency for this reason and are instructed by the agency to keep all keys separate from the addresses of clients.
How do you check your cleaners are honest and reliable?We first carry out a telephone interview. If the applicant seems suitable we then arrange for a more thorough interview to take place in their own home. When being interviewed, the candidate must provide work references, proof of address and proof of identity. References are always verified for authenticity. Interviewing candidates in their own homes gives us an opportunity to see how they can manage their own cleaning. A lot of work goes into checking out the cleaner before they are even given the clients details
Are the cleaners insured?
All our staff are fully vetted and insured.
Will the cleaners do ironing?
Yes we also do ironing.
Can the cleaner come in more than ones a week?
The cleaner will come as many days a week as you required, but it must be for a minimum of 2 hours each time. It’s not fair to expect them to travel to and from your home for just one hours work.
Can I pay my cleaner by cheque?
No-most cleaners only being paid in cash on the day they clean for you..
What happens about your agency fees if for any reason I miss a clean?
If this should happen let the agency know straight away and we refund the appropriate amount by return of post.
